Bankers Institute of Rural Development-BIRD PGD in Rural Banking Admissions 2011-2012

Total Seats - 40 (30 from Open Market, 10 in-service candidates sponsored by Banks/MFIs/NGOs etc)

Eligibility - Graduates in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks (relaxations applicable as per GOI policies). Weightage will be given to women candidates and candidates who have studied up to Class X in rural areas. However, candidates applying from the Open Market category must possess a valid CAT score which is not required for in-service candidates.

Age Limit - Upto 25 years as on 1st July, 2011 (30 years for in-service).

Selection Process - Candidates will be shortlisted based on CAT scores followed by Group discussions and Interview

How to apply - Application form and Prospectus can be downloaded from www.birdindia.org.in and completed application along with the prescribed fee must be sent to The Director, BIRD, Sector - H, LDA Colony, Kanpur Road, Lucknow - 226012 (U.P) so as to reach him on or before 13th May, 2011.
